Do you accept returns?

Yes, we accept returns, and we offer a return guarantee of up to 60 days.

1. Tea Products: 60 Days “Tributea It Forward” Unbeatable Guarantee

Regardless how many reviews, pictures and descriptions you see and read... we are well aware of how hard is to know if you will eventually like a tea or not. You no longer have to worry about it... with our unbeatable guarantee in the industry, you will have 60 days “Tributea It Forward” guarantee. If for any reason you simply do not love any of our teas, we will reimburse you 100% of the money, and you do not even neeed to ship it back. That means 0 risk in buying our teas... and no need for printing shipping labels nor trips to the post office.

There is only a little catch on the above. We just ask you to give the tea to a friend, relative or any other tea drinker: “Tributea It Forward”. Although you may not like a particular tea for any reason, there is a good chance that someone you know will love it. By doing this, you will not only get your money back, but you will also make the day of your coworker, relative or friend!!

2. Non-Tea Products: 60 Days Guarantee

2.1. Eligibility and Time frame:

You may request a return or replacement within 60 days from the date of receipt of your order. To be eligible for a return/replacement, please ensure that the product is in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received them.  

2.2. Acceptable Reasons for Returns/Replace/Refunds:

Returns or replacements will be accepted in the following cases:

- Damaged during shipping: if your product came damaged, please notify us within 10 days of receipt. We may request photographic evidence to initiate the replacement or return process.

- Malfunctioning of the product: in the event that the product is not functioning as intended, please reach out to us within 60 days of receipt.

- Wrong products fulfilled: if you receive products that do not match your order, please contact us within 10 days of receipt.

 

2.3. Return/Replacement Process:

To initiate a return or replacement request, please contact our customer service team by email: eric@amoyteas.com, or message us on Instagram @amoyteas. Provide us with your order number, a description of the issue, and any supporting documentation. We will arrange the pick up service at the address, we will only need the parcel to be ready with the printed shipping label stick on it for pick up. May you have questions, our customer service team will guide you through the replacement/return process.

2.4. Refunds:

If a refund is determined to be the appropriate solution, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5 business days after having resolved it this way.  

2.5. Non-Valid Reasons for Returns/Replace/Refunds:

Considering that Amoy Teas operates on a cross-border shipment logistics model, and the associated issues and costs are not insignificant, a simple change of mind or "made a mistake when placing the order" will not be considered valid reasons for return, replacement or refund. We encourage our teaheads to carefully review their orders and carts before completing the purchase.

Do I have to pay anything to return my items?

For tea products, with our “Tributea It Forward” guarantee you will not have to pay anything, we just ask you to give the tea to a friend, relative or any other tea drinker, so that they may still enjoy it.

For non-tea products, if you are eligible (meaning you have valid reason for the return), you will not have to pay for the return. Provide us with your order number, a description of the issue, and any supporting documentation.
